All of the saddles depicted on this site are made by Lovatt & Ricketts Saddles® in Walsall, England using the finest materials and are constructed by master craftsmen; in the unlikely event that there may be a fault with either, they carry a full warranty; see individual terms and conditions below.
Period of Warranty
The tree against breakage for 5 years under normal conditions, labor and materials included, shipping costs to and from our factory or distributor is the responsibility of the owner.
Accidents and misuse determined by Lovatt & Ricketts Saddles® will not be covered; alterations to the tree by a third party will cancel the warranty of the saddle.
All other components are covered for 2 years for manufacturing errors or defects.
Our warranty does not cover
Claims caused by: Abuse, Neglect, and Lack of maintenance or wear and tear.
Lovatt & Ricketts Saddles®,their agents or representatives must inspect all claims and their decision is final.
Proof of purchase must be included with the saddle for inspection; warranty is only valid with the original owner.
Warning
The billets and the stitching attaching them to the saddle should be checked on a regular basis for undue wear and tear. This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for the safety of the rider and lack of attention to this could cause injury.
